We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to design, develop, customize, configure, enhance, implement, support, maintain, and/or administer complex computerized finance-related systems. The ideal candidate will operate across multiple projects simultaneously, performing a variety of tasks from addressing production issues to soliciting functional requirements from business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, and Maintain Systems: Develop, customize, and enhance financial modules to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently.
• Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze complex data sets and statistical reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and associated systems, processes, and policies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and Accounting/Finance to ensure business requirements are met.
• Project Management: Lead technology projects and ongoing complex support items, ensuring minimal production defects and tying back to customer impacts.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, customers, partners, and management, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions, and providing accurate documentation.
• Operational Readiness: Spearhead operational readiness, organizational change management, solution capability, and delivery management.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and provide guidance and education to other team members.

Requirements

• Posibility to work from the office in Guadalajara when needed. (About once/twice every two months).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred.
• Experience: Extensive experience with business and systems analysis (8+ years) and experience working in a production support environment with rapid response requirements.
• Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
• Experience in integrating RPA with financial systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
• Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to customize and configure financial modules within these systems.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for database queries and manipulation.
• Familiarity with BI (Business Intelligence) tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
• Use of project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana.
• Experience in production support environments with rapid response requirements.
• Familiarity with incident and problem management, as well as root cause analysis.
