FM Support for the execution of the Scope , SLA´s & KPI´s agreed in contract.

Supervise the staff assigned to mechanical operations, programming, monitoring, alarm response or other contracted activities. 

Communicate all the O&M team on all issues concerning execution of the contract. 

3rd party vendors supervisor, ensuring the service delivery of their activties. 

Site´s special events supervision and support, coordinating the activities and providers deliverable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic analysis of the service, focused on results and work together with the client to define the needs of the service 
• Creation, management and supervision of the Maintenance Program of the assets and systems of the facility. 
• Vendors management and contracts negotiations. 
• Provides regular management reports as requested by the O&M team and the client 
• Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards 
• Budget administration 
• Perfomance Indicators according the Service Contract
• Monthly EHS trainings in time 
• Vendors management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience (Engineering, Architecture, Administration).
• 3 or more years of experience in charge of the Facilities role.
• Must be a team player, commited to working in a quality environment.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership, conflict resolution.
• Able to drive results.
• English ADVANCED
