?? About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join our Finance Transformation team. In this role, you will support end-to-end transformation initiatives across finance and accounting functions for leading global organizations. Your work will span strategic advisory, operating model design, system integration, and change management, with the opportunity to specialize in platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, SAP S/4HANA, or Workday.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support comprehensive finance transformation projects — from target operating model development to future-state validation, deployment, and continuous evolution.

• Analyze and document current state processes; conduct benchmarking and develop business cases and implementation roadmaps.

• Design functional finance process models, reporting and governance structures, technology architectures, and shared service delivery models (SSC/GBS).

• Participate in system integration activities, including requirements gathering, writing functional specs, configuration, testing, and developing RICEFW components.

• Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop communication, training, and change management strategies to drive user adoption.

• Support project and program management activities, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.

• Contribute to business development efforts including proposal creation, go-to-market initiatives, and thought leadership content.

? Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry, ideally with client-facing roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering from an accredited institution.

• Hands-on experience in the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, SAP, or Workday, with specialization in Financial Planning, Consolidation, or related modules.

• Familiarity with key finance processes: general accounting, FP&A, corporate consolidation, AP/AR, fixed assets, treasury, and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a dynamic, global environment.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Prior involvement in Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) transitions.

• Exposure to finance digital transformation initiatives and tools.

• Previous consulting experience at a Big Four or global advisory firm is a plus.
