PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range *: $ 690,000 - $ 811,000 Per Annum
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a Manual QA you will:
Execute manual test scenarios for software applications and report defects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand the application, use cases and the underlying technology stack.
- Strong on TEST and DEFECT management lifecycle.
- Ability to host and drive defect triage meetings as needed.
- Ability to communicate a clear understanding of technologies and concepts to effectively work with team members and business partners.
- Lead research, analysis and finalize test and test data requirements.
- Proactively follow-up on open tasks and/or issues and communicate when project tasks are at risk and assists with creating mitigation plans.
- To read all the documents and understand what needs to be tested.
- Based on the information procured in the above step decide how it is to be tested.
- Inform the test lead about what all resources will be required for software testing.
- Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities.
- Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
- Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- 4+ years of experience in testing Web Products.
- Solid knowledge of testing tools.
- Experience in writing SQL queries (Oracle, MS SQL) - understanding of PL-SQL and T-SQL
- Development of test plans: the creation of test cases and debugging.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both regarding estimates and the general process.
- Positive mindsets and a can-do attitude.
- Forensic attention to details.
Good to have skills:
- Previous US Healthcare Claims Processing Lifecycle experience.
- Preference experience Facets TCS in the past.
