About the Position:
Job Title: Automotive Sales Representative - Electrical System - ELS
Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering (related fields).
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in sales, RFQs, new projects, and dealing with OEM customers.
Job Objective: Promover y vender componentes de suspensión, como barras estabilizadoras, para clientes OEM y de módulos de nivel 1.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:36 pm.
JOB ACTIVITIES
- Promote sales and profit growth, and maintain customer accounts.
- Act as the primary contact with customers in all business areas: purchasing, engineering, quality, logistics, production control, prototyping, service, and program management.
- Calculate and analyze monthly plant KPIs.
- Participate in training seminars, workshops, and general supplier meetings as an MSSC representative.
- Manage the RFQ process, establishing parameters, reviewing costs, and ensuring quote consistency.
- Send quotes with final prices to customers, negotiate terms, conditions, and prices for production/packaging/tooling/services.
- Monitor price changes (variance analysis) for products and components.
- Conduct sales forecasts and contribute to trend analysis in the AOP process.
- Manage and track prototypes, ensuring communication of logistics requirements, delivery dates, pricing, and quality requirements.
- Carry out IATF/16949 system activities in its area of ??responsibility.
Required Skills/Competencies:

- Advanced: Automotive Industry, Sales and Marketing, New Projects.
Languages:
- English: Advanced (required for direct communication with corporate in Michigan).
Availability to Travel:
- occasionally
Working Conditions:
- Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 gross monthly.
