We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Bilingual Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Google Calendar, and Google Drive, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves making cold and warm calls, setting up appointments, and managing client relationships to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily cold and warm calls to potential clients using a provided script.
Set appointments and follow up with clients to drive sales growth.
Manage schedules using Google Calendar and organize documents on Google Drive.
Use WhatsApp for communication and appointment setting.
Understand basic mortgage concepts to effectively communicate with clients.
Work with English-speaking clients while utilizing intermediate Spanish skills to cater to the Texas market.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
Proficiency in Google Calendar and Google Drive.
Comfortable using WhatsApp for business communication.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Intermediate Spanish proficiency to handle calls and sales in the Texas market.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
Work Schedule:
Part-time, Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm PST.
