Work from home opportunity! Minimum of 5 years of experience in telemarketing where sales were conducted through customer service interactions. Must have EXCELLENT customer sales and service skills.
We are a highly successful law firm recognized for our dedication to clients primarily from Mexico and Latin America. With a client base comprised of 99% Spanish speakers, we have established a strong remote work presence in four countries, including the United States, Mexico, Spain, and Argentina.
The primary goal of our firm is to promote the interests of immigrants in the United States, so working with us means working in favor of their interests, as well as understanding their language, culture, and idiosyncrasies.
You must be prepared to work in a high-intensity work environment, without the need for constant supervision. We are looking for energetic individuals with a good work ethic, who maintain a professional demeanor and appearance. Most importantly, you must be a good team player and demonstrate initiative and exceptional leadership qualities. We value innovative thinkers who are not only adept at working autonomously, but are also proactive in making decisions and presenting new ideas. As a Sales and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for following up with potential clients who have expressed interest in our services. You will assess leads, prioritize those with the highest potential, and sell the consultations with our legal team. Your goal is to ensure that high-quality leads convert into scheduled appointments, helping our clients begin their immigration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries through phone, email, and online forms.
- Prioritize and categorize leads based on predefined criteria to identify high-priority prospects.
- Sell, schedule and confirm consultations for the legal team.
- Maintain regular communication with leads, ensuring a positive experience from the first point of contact.
- Provide basic information about our services and answer initial questions about the consultation process.
- Achieve monthly targets for successful scheduled appointments.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Licenciatura in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Public Relations or related fields. (Titulado).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telemarketing where sales were conducted through customer service interactions.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet performance goals.
Compensation:
- Honorarios: $25,000 monthly

Additional information:
- This is an independent contractor (por Honorarios) position under a "Service Contract." Taxes are not withheld and are the responsibility of the contractor. You should be considered an independent contractor. We can explain the process in detail during the interview.
