Job Title: Business Analyst

What you'll be responsible for

• Exploring datasets to detect patterns, insights, and risks that inform business decisions
• Running agile ceremonies like sprint reviews, planning sessions, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to enhance team flow
• Helping define test scenarios that reflect real-world use cases and business logic
• Working closely with Product Owners to clarify incoming work and ensure items are properly prioritized
• Removing delivery blockers and fostering a rhythm of consistent progress across squads
• Connecting business goals with data solutions through collaboration with engineering, product, and strategic teams
• Designing and structuring data pipelines to ensure clean, consistent, and traceable data flow

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on experience with data querying (SQL or similar) and handling structured datasets
• Comfortable using visualization platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to communicate insights
• 4+ years working in analytics, BI tools, or data-heavy environments
• Experience in agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, with the ability to guide team dynamics
• Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt or comparable platforms
• Experience working in cloud ecosystems, ideally Google Cloud
• Strong communication skills for translating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2), both written and spoken
