Position Overview:

We are seeking an Enterprise Architecture & Governance Analyst to support the design, documentation, and optimization of enterprise-wide architecture processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in architecture tools such as LeanIX and Lucidchart, along with strong communication skills to collaborate across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and maintain architecture documentation across business units, using tools such as LeanIX and Lucidchart.

? Synthesize data to develop a solution, communicate the solution to stakeholders analyze problems, structure the issue and perform analysis.

? Ensure initiative/project goals are met in a timely manner Implement solutions to meet customer expectations

? Support enterprise architecture governance by ensuring compliance with frameworks, standards, and processes.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture current and future state architectures.

? Assist in the evaluation and implementation of architecture solutions that align with business and technology strategy.

? Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within architecture governance practices.

Required Qualifications:

? Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture and/or IT Governance roles.

? Hands-on experience with LeanIX and Lucidchart for architecture modeling and visualization.

? Strong analytical and organizational skills.

? Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

? Advanced English level (required) for day-to-day communication with international stakeholders.
