Your Role and Responsibilities

• Technical lead for any troubleshooting of issues reported via call/problem management system.
• Work on RCA for P1 issues.
• Attend to queries and usage problems from helpdesk of CEMEX via the call/problem management system.
• Communicate appropriately with CEMEX to determine nature and severity of reported incident and the estimated resolution time.
• Apply and unit testing the resolution and/or corrective action in the staging system.
• Update call/problem management system the status of the incident/problem log and the resolution made.
• Provide the relevant system, configuration or process documentation such as application procedures manual, application operations documentation, and applications documentation.
• Provide preliminary assessment on feasibility and sizing for new requests raised by CEMEX user teams.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years of IAM experience.
• IAM Assessment, Strategy and roadmap development
• Creation and delivery of required design artifacts.
• Knowledge of top (analysts) quadrant IAM Technologies.
• Experience Delivering projects/Architectures for at least two of the following IAM Domains: (Identity, Privileged Access Management, Cloud Native IAM, Web Access Management, Directory Services.
• Experience working with at least two of the following IAM Technologies: CyberArk, Thycotic, Sailpoint, Oracle, Okta, Azure, MIM, ISIGI, ISIM, CI, ISAM, ISSS, BeyondTrust, OneIdentity, RSA, AAD, AWS native IAM.
• Experience with OIM, OAM, IGA
