Job Description
As a Sr Data Manager, you will be in charge of the management of day-to-day operations for the HR Data Management function. You will develop requirements documentation and conduct an analysis of HR data access system change requests with impacted areas/owners. You will raise awareness of system access gaps, risks, or concerns to management to arrive at a sound business solution. You will support the validation and updating of employee data across HR systems. You will be ensuring data accuracy through a team completion of approximately 60 to 80 audits a month. You will establish and set up new countries when the company does acquisitions. You will ensure the management of foundational data, e.g., legal entities, cost centers, job codes, etc.

JOB DUTIES:
- Management for day-to-day operations for the HR Data Management function
- Lead projects to identify, correct and re-engineer HR processes to ensure quality data
- Provide advice and counsel to key partners, functional leaders & peer groups on system access best practices
- Develop & Maintain documented processes
- Administration, analysis and tracking of system access requests for HRIS and related modules
- Daily oversight of the resolution of HR Advisor mailbox tickets related to Data Management requests and issues including escalations as required
- Partner and support IT in relation to Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives and ensure compliance with related systems and tools
- Ensure data access authorizations in accordance with privacy controls
- Develop requirements documentation and conduct analysis of HR data access system change requests with impacted areas/owners

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience in Data Management/HRIS roles
- Knowledge of HR systems.
- Demonstrated project leadership and facilitation skills to deliver projects successfully in a global environment and work with a broad range of roles.
- Oracle Fusion HCM troubleshoot/diagnose/analyze data errors and problems, and facilitate resolution.
- Strong personal computer literacy and software skills in Excel for analytics to help identify and resolve global data issues.
