In the role of ICT Infrastructure Manager, you will be in charge of the following activities:
As an ideal candidate, you must have a degree in Systems Engineering and at least 5 years of experience on ICT Systems management and team/projects coordination. Almost you must have an excellent communication and relational skills, organizational and analytical skills, flexibility and initiative complete the profile. It is required to have knowledge on concept and solutions about: Windows Operating Systems; Virtualization; Backup and Recovery; Microsoft Office 365; Cisco Network and Unified Communications systems; Routing protocols; Security appliances; Videoconference.
Good English knowledge is a must.

- Execute and coordinate the delivery and management of computing services based on a Wintel environment (physical or virtual) both on premise or in cloud / outsourced.
- Execute and coordinate delivery and management of network and communication services (LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, VoIP and Videoconference)
- Coordinate and monitor external first level infrastructure support services
- Coordinate second level infrastructure support services
- Maintain operating procedures of his/her area of responsibility
- Lead and/or participate to local and international projects for the implementation of ICT infrastructure
- Setup and manage suppliers and contracts related to his/her area of responsibility
