Job Description

As the PDM Analyst, you'll be accountable to set up in JDE LAM, WID page & JDA finished goods and components; BOM's, WMS structures; etc., on time and in accurate way for all the activity in the Saltillo Site (Manufacture & Copacking).

Also PDM analyst is responsible to manage different projects related to data management or data set-up for different initiatives along the BIC Supply Chain.

What You'll Do:

• Set-up components and FG in ERP (Oracle E1)
• Registration of clone codes for products that are packaged with a third party (co-packers)
• Barcode request to USA (for codes to be traded in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and LAM) and / or France (for codes to be traded in Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa).
• Lead internally all projects related to data management or data set-up along BIC Supply Chain.
• Database management. For example: changes in BOM's, change in stocking type, etc...
• Create technical and local specification for different branches, changes, and documentation for the ERP and WID database:
  • Creation of New FG + PM & BK set up.
  • PM Set up in JDE.
  • BK Set up in JDE.
  • FG system validation for Production
  • Label validation
  • FG & BOM Set up + routes and cost tracking.
  • Templates assignation for JDA
• To monitor and to implement the necessary actions to meet the business goals and customer satisfaction. Follow the current requirements defined in the Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Management system. To supervise activities performed by his/her team, related with his job to meet the business goals and to keep functioning the Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Management system.

Projects You'll Work On:

• ERP set up in a limited amount of time. Work with urgent requests.
• Analyze information and adapt it to LAM ERP (Oracle E1) specifications.
• Work with IT department automate data feed for time reduction along the set-up process.
• Lead different areas to gather necessary information to feed ERP (Oracle E1) and DRP (JDA)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with previous experience in data set up & data analysis.
• Experience with ERP Systems JDE Oracle (desirable)
• Product/data analysis experience
• Proficient in database knowledge and management
• Advanced level of English
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) focused on advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and adapt to change, ability to work with numbers and time management skills.
