Description and Requirements
Lenovo Monterrey Plant is seeking a HR learning and development professional to coordinate all the soft skills training and leadership and employee development.
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs for the effective utilization of the organization's human capital. Programs may include resource planning, leadership and management development and career management in support of business initiatives. Manages communication programs and monitors effectiveness measures. Responsible for developing and conducting internal management and non-technical training programs. Interfaces with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as effectiveness of established programs.
Requirements:
University degree; may have a Masters degree or other post-graduate education
3 to5 years experience in Human Resources specifically on Training and Development of large organizations
Experience in manufacturing industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to capture detail, communicate accurately and concisely, verbal and written.
Fluent on English
