As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible to analyse material flow in the plant and inventory coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and ensure daily physical counts according to the counting schedule.
- Perform inventory difference analysis in conjunction with UAP Mgrs, PC&L warehouse coordinator.
- Perform analysis of negative inventories and follow-up of the action plan
- Monitoring of action plans defined by area managers.
- Monitoring of obsolete and spare parts.
- Verify existence of materials in warehouses.
- Monitoring inventory reliability through the process of cyclical counts, daily physical counts according to the counting calendar.
- Perform inventory difference analysis in conjunction with UAP Mgrs, PC&L warehouse coordinator.
- Perform analysis of negative inventories and follow-up of the action plan
- Monitoring of action plans defined by area managers.
- Monitoring of obsolete and spare parts.
- Verify existence of materials in warehouses.
- Monitoring inventory reliability through the cycle counting process.
- KPIs monitoring (Inventory reliability, compliance with the counting program, daily net adjustment amount).
- Use of the FCS/SAP system that applies to your area and function.
- Comply with and ensure the terms and conditions of the code of ethics and administration that always regulates conduct within the Faurecia group
- Make a counting schedule according to stratification.
- Perform stratification according to the standard cycle counting process.
- Make inventory reliability report.
- Monitoring engineering changes and material obsolescence.
- Monitoring engineering changes and material obsolescence.
- Prepare and participate in general physical inventories
Key requirements:
- Bachelor or degree in engineering, supply-chain management or related
- 1 -3 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry
- Intermediate English
- Autonomous person, with negotiation skills and high sense of responsibility.
- Problem Solving Methodology (8d, Ishikawa, PDCA).
