EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree or related technical degree (or previous experience in the tool crib at BRP)
• Two to three years of experience as a supervisor in another similar company
• 100% Spanish and functional English
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
• Experience: 3 years in materials handling (tool crib/warehouses)
• Have general familiarity with tools and parts.
• Basic operating system management (computing)
• Work under pressure.
• Have a service attitude.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Minimum high school and/or technical education.
• Administration, customer services, time management
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inventory control.
• Provide inventory reports to the buyer or department that requests it.
• Personnel administration in charge
• Training of the personnel in charge
• Monitoring and execution of processes according to the department and ISO
• Maintain perpetual records/inventories of issued material, returned material and monitor the
inventory
• Notify the purchasing department when replacement parts or tools are needed and make a
tracking that inventory
• Locate lost or misplaced tools, parts and supplies
• Participate in safety-related activities.
• Maintain good cleaning practices
