The Opportunity
Serve as the single point of contact to the LatAm Digital Twin - Packaging Automation team, as well as the liaison between business and technology teams.
Define, Analyze, Build and Deploy a solution through System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that satisfies provided criteria (e.g., functional specs, quality / performance requirements, EA standards) and define how the service will be delivered and consumed by users.
Monitor holistic internal/external service providers performance and ongoing performance trends, ensuring partners meet expected outcomes.
Support Test Plan Strategy definition and involve final user to carry out Customer Acceptance Tests.
Ensures that technology/IT related budgets are integrated into the projects and properly executed.
Communicates and coordinates the extended IT teams (CTO: Infrastructure, Network, Compute, S&OP Architecture, and IT Ops) to ensure the correct execution of initiatives and projects with technological components under the DEVSECOPS IT model.

Your Impact
As IT Leader Digital Twin your scope would consist of:
Engage all IT teams required to ensure a successful implementation of Digital Twin for Packaging project.
Manages business partner relationships and is accountable for all aspects of technology integrating delivery and support for business function, sector, global or region
Shape, manage and help prioritize IT demand, and ensure that IT services and solutions meet or exceed business needs.
Able to interact with business users, understand the requirement and convert them into technical solutions
Informs about world cutting-edge technologies and trends to define how PepsiCo can apply them.
IT representative for LatAm Digital Twin - Packaging Automation teams.
Governance to align the LatAm technology requirements of LatAm Digital Twin - Packaging Automation teams by evaluating all the functional and technological impacts.
Scope programs and projects as a set of discrete activities and allocating the appropriate mix of internal / external resources to execute each activity, as well as using forecasted demand for long-term resource planning
Stay up to date with emerging tech domains to identify potential use cases that can bring addionational value to project implementation.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
2+ years of experience and knowledge of one or more emerging tech domains, that means expertise in designing, building and deploying innovative solutions. In-depth technical knowledge in areas of mobile, web, IoT and emerging technologies. Including Big Data, Cloud and Edge computing, smart devices, robotic process automation, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
2+ years of OT (Operational technologies) & IT integration knowledge for manufacturing processes.
Fluent in Spanish, Business English proficiency, Portuguese is a plus.
Strong supply chain knowledge on food business (savory, biscuits, foods & confectionary).
Capable of leading multi-functional teams.
Cultural sensitivity/flexibility in responding to different cultures
Strong negotiation skills with project stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of Automation, PLC / Phyton / PowerBI programming.
Must be willing to travel (Frequently 30% of time)
Ethical & honest to provide a healthy work environment
