Join our Global Manufacturing Team as Plant Manager based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Directs the development and implementation of activities in Manufacturing area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Drives overall operational excellence through the application of best-in-class lean practices and processes.
• Plan and Manage Annual Budget y Manage Rockwell Automation Processes and Procedures
• Strong financial acumen for operations
• Makes budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
• Develops schedules and personnel requirements for assigned areas.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Engineering degree
• + 10 years of experience working in Manufacturing environments
• + 5 years as a People Manager
• Held several of the key roles in Mfg. (Production, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Background in electronic industry & ETO environments
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
• Experience with change management and driving continuous improvement activates.
• Strong knowledge of lean, six sigma tools and problem-solving methodology
• Bilingual English Spanish
