Run occasional errands
2. Bookkeeping (1–2 days/week)
Send invoices and follow up on payments (A/R)
Manage suppliers payments (A/P)
Process payroll using ADP
Track and categorize company expenses
Reconcile bank accounts
Generate financial reports for review with external CPA
Manage employee expense reimbursements
Communicate with clients on billing-related matters
3. Occasional Field Assistance (½–1 day/week, divided into 2 days)
Support filter installation or maintenance jobs when needed
Interact professionally with clients in their homes
Lift light to moderate materials and use basic hand tools
Drive company vehicle or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed for personal)

Requirements
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Spanish is helpful (not required)
Must be comfortable in both formal and informal work environments
Able to work independently and find meaningful tasks even with limited oversight
Able to keep consistent hours even if others are off-site
