A significant Swiss watch brand known for its distinctive metallic dot and minimalist style is seeking a Brand Manager.
Responsible for developing the local strategy of the brands in charge and implementing marketing plans for the fulfillment of objectives, adapting the global proposal to the reality of the market.
You will need to design and execute the marketing plan to drive their growth, ensure excellence in their implementation and protect the profitability of the business.
The role requires leadership, deep knowledge of the business, strategic vision, analytical capacity, creativity, and attention to detail typical of managing luxury brands, as well as interpersonal skills to relate to and inspire profiles inside and outside the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design the commercial plan adapting global initiatives to the region, to create image, value and experience of luxury brands.
- Develop and implement launch and MKT plans, leading all touchpoints.
- Develop plans oriented to the profile of each customer, implementing actions to maximize visibility, impact and productivity at the point of sale.
- Manage available resources to meet Sell Out and Financial objectives
- Manage the portfolio of the brands balancing objectives of sell out, profitability and brand building.
- Forecasting: Contribute to the demand estimation of the regular portfolio, responsible for forecasting launches, campaigns and marketing materials.
- Pricing: design the pricing strategy balancing the global proposal, the reality of the market and the target margin.
- In Store: contribute to excellence in the execution of brands in the POS (planograms, display criteria, permanent and temporary materials, temporary animations, decorations, etc.).
- Training: collaborate in the training and operation of the sales team.
- Analysis and monitoring of the brand's P&L and main KPIs such as Sell In, Sell Out, Ranking to meet objectives and detect opportunities.
- Teamwork: Engage with local, regional and global teams for the proper operation of the business.
PROFILE AND SKILLS NEEDED
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- +5 years of experience in similar roles within the luxury sector
- Passion for the Watches category and luxury.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships
- Advanced English
- Advanced Office Suite
- Residency in Mexico City
