The Field Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for achieving service goals and targets, in cooperation with the team, including service contracts and new digital services.

This position is part of the Service Department located in Mexico City, will be fully remote, and will be travelling in and around the geography. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Radiometer Mexico Subsidiary and report to the Service and Clinical Applications Manager responsible for team development and engagement, and active involvement in the customer satisfaction process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain positive customer relationships and service our analyzers and IT solutions through installations of instruments and customer use training, preventative maintenance, on-call duties to cover weekends and overnights, and follow up customer call visits.
• Develop strong partnerships with sales teams to aid in anticipating potential customer issues and uncovering additional selling opportunities in accounts.
• Compliance with all regulatory and company required documentation and service work orders.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University degree in Engineering or other technical careers, such as Biomedical, Electronics, and Mechanics
• Experience in post-sales service and knowledge in the health/ hospital sector and IT Tools including CRM and office (Excel, word, power point)
• 50% travel through Mexico and Latin America with visits to headquarters and other Radiometer subsidiaries.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• IT skills and knowledge in SQL database, Java, Mirth
