As part of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team, you will work on enhancing and maintaining business-critical applications that support global clients.
As a Senior Pega Developer, you will focus on analyzing client requirements, implementing and maintaining scalable Pega applications, and delivering robust workflow automation and case management solutions in diverse enterprise environments.
Available Role: Senior Associate
+4 years of overall experience in IT or software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience using the Pega Platform (v7.4 or higher).
Key Responsibilities
Participate in full-cycle implementations and support of Pega PRPC applications, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Configure and develop Pega rules such as Activities, Flows, Flow Actions, Data Pages, Case Types, Sections, Declarative Rules, Decision Tables, and Integrations (REST/SOAP).
Collaborate with functional teams and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis using Clipboard, Tracer, PDC, and Logs.
Ensure code adheres to Pega Guardrails, performance guidelines, and quality standards.
Integrate Pega applications with external systems through connectors, services, and OAuth-secured APIs.
Provide post-go-live support and handle incident resolution under AMS/AES environments.
Maintain project documentation and support change control using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
+4 years of software development experience, with +3 years in Pega platform development.
Proven knowledge in case management, workflow automation, and UI/UX configurations within Pega.
Experience working in AMS/AES support models and managing enterprise-grade applications.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in client-facing roles.
Preferred Certifications:
Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) – required
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – preferred
ITIL Foundations Certification – nice to have
Familiarity with Agile methodology, CI/CD pipelines, and basic Java knowledge is a plus
