Position Objective:
Create legendary experiences for both internal and external clients through outstanding service and personalized attention.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome clients and residents upon arrival.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Manage reservations and coordinate activities and events.
Oversee access control and ensure secure entry/exit procedures.
Maintain clear and effective communication with residents.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar customer service or concierge role.
Advanced English level (a must).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools.
Friendly, service-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
What We Offer:

$15,000 MXN/month gross

Rotating shifts (6 days/week, one weekday off) 7:00 am – 3:00 pm? 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
