The person in this position will support the Business Process Team, providing high-quality services, performing, developing, building, configuring, customizing, integrating, and uniting test solutions based on the functional and technical specifications to meet quality and performance requirements. Also will provide Drupal development expertise to Agile team in the definition, design, development, and implementation of Acquia Drupal solutions in Acquia Cloud Site Factory and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Production Support, BAs, Architect, Project Managers, and Product Owners to deliver high quality solutions.

How You Will Make a Difference

Key responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and responsive web sites for Acquia Cloud Site Factory which align with technological, security and compliance policies.
• Develop, build, configure and unit test solutions from low level designs
• Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation
• Perform all work to agreed time, cost and quality constraints
• Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented
• Unit test solutions to ensure they meet quality standards
• Develop within an Agile SDLC framework, including estimation, design, development, unit test, code reviews, and documentation
• Ensure delivered solutions satisfy business requirements as outlined in user stories, and within agreed upon timelines
• Ensure solutions are of high-quality with regards to following standards and best practices, as well as satisfying security and performance requirements
• Collaborate effectively with Agile team members to ensure a high-performance team environment
• Work with Production Support team in the research and resolution of production issues

Skills For Success

Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business/technical area adequate equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• At least 7 years of experience in Web technologies
• At least 5 years Drupal development Front End / UI / Theming experience
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbally and written) skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a breadth and variety of internal and external resources.
• Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team
• Ability to operate in a global organization
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and thought leader
• Drive and lead new vendor selection reviews and evaluations as required.
• Management of resources (time/budget/people) within defined time parameters
• In conjunction with peers, recommend and help design business process changes for better product adoption
• Regular and close engagement with all stakeholders
• Ensure that all Drupal products are developed to the same high standards in terms of time, cost, and quality constraints
