What you'll do

• Implement features in PHP as part of our clients growing PHP platform development team.
• Fulfill multiple functional roles on the team (requirements analysis, design, solution implementation, testing, refactoring and deployment).
• Apply your deep understanding of software development processes and practices with PHP.
• Participate in daily Scrum standups and collaborate with the team to accomplish iteration goals.
• Oriented style with the codebase PHP, thus the emphasis on OO patterns.
• Implement Standard procedural PHP codebase. Development with teams when implementing and designing features.
• Communicate with clients to clarify system requirements and fine tune your deliverables to meet the expectations of the business.
• Assist other team members with the use and implementation of software development best practices and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to analyze and creatively solve technical challenges with the goal of developing solutions that are robust and scalable.
• Implement features in PHP as part of our clients growing PHP platform development team.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years of experience with PHP 7/8.
• Must have experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Experience using Laravel and Drupal.
• Experience with MySQL, SOLID and DDD design.
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture or Hexagonal Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of structural and technical design patterns.
• Strong communication and Team leadership/mentoring.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile.
• Ability to refine stories from high level epics.
• Able to work as part of a team and Participate (or conduct) code reviews.
