Requirements:

Activities:

• Accounting Entries: Record and classify all financial transactions of the plant, including purchases, sales, costs, and operational expenses.
• Inventory Control: Oversee the inventory of materials and finished goods, ensuring that accounting records match physical inventories.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of balances.
• Tax Calculation and Filing: Manage the calculation and filing of local, federal, and other taxes related to plant operations.
• Production Cost Control: Monitor and analyze production costs, ensuring they remain within budget and report any deviations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all accounting activities comply with local and international fiscal and financial regulations.
• Internal Audits: Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Budget Support: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the plant's annual budget, providing relevant financial data.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses of costs and plant efficiency, offering recommendations to improve profitability.
