Senior Staff – Finance

Industry: Automotive Manufacturing

We're looking for a Finance Senior Staff professional with strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting and tax compliance.

As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for financial statements analysis, tax compliance (MEXGAAP), journal entries, internal controls, and supporting monthly closing and audit. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in public accounting

Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role.

Technical Knowledge:

• Financial statements (Balance Sheet & P&L)
• Solid understanding of Tax (MEXGAAP)
• Accounts payable process
• Posting journal entries and expense provisions
• Experience with monthly closings, internal control, and external audits
• Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Accounting ERP
