Supplier Development Specialist
Job Description:

The Supplier Development Specialist is an integral member of Arrow's Digital Group comprised of several company acquisitions, including Verical, which is now one of Arrow's fastest growing sites, www.verical.com. Verical.com is an online marketplace, offering the world's largest inventory of warrantied and traceable components at competitive prices. Reporting to the Supplier Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing/finding new sources of inventory supply specifically for the verical.com site. You will work closely with the Supplier Development Manager and other members of the Digital Group.

What you'll be doing?

• Build a database of potential new supply partners (electronic component manufacturers and authorized Distributors)
• Look for new diverse sources of supply to be added to the Verical marketplace.
• Manage the complete onboarding process of a new vendor, liaising with all key departments to successfully list the new vendors inventory on verical.com
• Establish strong relationships with other functional departments: data, customer service, marketing, asset mgmt., etc.
• Cultivate existing inventory sources and provide support to the assigned Inventory Development Managers.
• Work directly with Verical's customer service, operations and pricing teams to ensure data completeness on Verical.com
• Work with the finance team to ensure prompt payment to vendors dealing with any invoice queries that may arise.
• Invoice reconciliation.
• Lead-time management during local, national and international holidays - pulling information from databases, managing spreadsheets and using NAV configuration packages.
• Maintaining regular mapping of manufacturers for distributors inventory.
• Maintaining vendor database, key contacts etc.
• Managing vendor performance, adjusting lead-times on a regular basis as set by Inventory Development Manager.
• Manage vendor inventory queries, use IMSAPP to solve issues.
• Manage image and datasheet integrity working with data services/GCID and Silicon Expert.
• Provide QBR deck for Inventory development manager/vendor meetings to include Sales information, Stock outs, shipping performance and inventory part count statistics.
• Provide ad hoc POS reports to vendors, including uploading onto vendor systems.
• Load POs directly onto vendor business platform
• Managing and closing incidents raised on Service Now portal within SLA targets.

What do you need to have?

• Two years' experience in eCommerce, Supplier Management and/or Digital business.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering or Materials Management. MBA preferred.
• Logical, analytical and organized thinker.
• Extensive knowledge of project management practices and tools.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate complex issues and concepts in order to gain understanding, buy-in and support across all organizations.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, Navision and Unity
• Excel skills intermediate
• English proficiency. All resumes must be submitted in English.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$34,816.67 - $38,500.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
