About the Role

We're looking for a bilingual (English-Spanish) Implementation Specialist based in Mexico City to join our Client Success team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our clients and engineering team—ensuring that business requirements are clearly scoped, documented, and handed off with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation calls with construction industry clients
• Translate client needs into clear, actionable automation tickets for engineers
• Work closely with project managers and developers to prioritize features and fixes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and smooth go-lives
• Maintain accurate documentation and task tracking throughout the lifecycle

Ideal Candidate Has:

• 1–3 years experience in Customer Success, Tech Support, or Implementations
• Background in data entry, spreadsheets, or light technical processes
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRMs, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira), or SaaS platforms
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems (no coding required)
