We are seeking an experienced Insurance Back Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Back Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks related to insurance operations. Your main duties will include processing insurance policies, managing claims, and providing support to insurance agents and clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of insurance processes and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Process insurance policies and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage insurance claims, including filing and follow-up
- Provide administrative support to insurance agents and clients
- Maintain accurate records of insurance transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in back office support
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of insurance processes and regulations
- Must be Bilingual with a high level of English proficiency
This is a medium-sized project with a duration of 3 to 6 months. We are looking for an intermediate-level professional with expertise in insurance back office support. Project may be extended based on performance.
