What will you do?
Proactive talent search:
Identify and attract top candidates through various sources (databases, social media, job fairs, headhunting, etc.).
Create customized sourcing strategies for each profile.
Recruitment process management:
Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Conduct initial, technical, and competency-based interviews.
Apply psychometric assessments and assessment center techniques.
Relationship building:
Establish strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Data analysis and reporting:
Generate periodic reports on recruitment process performance.
Identify areas for improvement and propose actions to optimize results.
