About the role:

We are seeking Intermediate Full Stack Developers who have strong experience in React and are comfortable working across both frontend and backend systems. You'll collaborate closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to build high-quality features, improve system performance, and deliver outstanding user experiences. You will also work alongside our Innovation Team to explore and drive AI-powered solutions across workflows, customer engagement, and operational processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to cutting-edge initiatives that leverage AI technologies to improve efficiency, decision-making, and user experiences across our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React (and associated modern libraries like Redux, React Query, etc.).
• Build and integrate backend services using Python, Nodejs, Express, or similar frameworks.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with an emphasis on testing and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX improvements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Contribute to improving development processes and best practices.
• Partner with the Innovation Team to prototype and implement AI-driven enhancements for operational workflows.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Reactjs, Typescript, and core JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Nodejs, Python, and backend development.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Version control experience with Git.
• Good communication skills in the English language and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.

Preferred skills:

• Familiarity with AI integrations (e.g., LLMs, AI APIs, machine learning workflows).
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Familiarity with serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda).
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
