Your responsibilities
- Develop a tool using the systems to analyze how long it takes us to process orders.
- Develop a tool (Power BI) to see which purchase orders have not been made and which orders we have not updated.
- Develop a tool using the information from the system to alert APMs that we have not sent invoices and that invoices have discrepancies.
- Develop a tool to streamline the time we take processing orders from the 2210 business.
- Work hand in hand with the APMs to analyze the information generated by the order reports to promote ideas that can help us automate and streamline the processes.
Your background
- Active student of a related bachelor's degree
- Microsoft office 360- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- SQL- Databases Database management for information storage and data manipulation.
- HTML/PH/CSS for development of WEB sites or WED applications.
- Java Script: Development of applications for WEB sites.
- Power BI: Visual interpretation for data analysis.
