Position Summary
Coordinator, Member Support will assist the Director by executing delegated tasks and providing cross-functional support across marketing, operations, and member services. Based in Mexico, this individual will be responsible for resolving support tickets, collaborating with project managers to troubleshoot member issues, analyzing transaction records, preparing and reviewing email marketing materials, and ensuring the timely and accurate execution of email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Elements of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Execute tasks delegated by the Director in a timely and organized manner
- Monitor and resolve support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed
- Collaborate with project managers to investigate and resolve member concerns
- Review and analyze transaction records to support issue resolution
- Prepare, proofread, and quality check email marketing copy and invitations
- Assist in the execution of A/B tests and interpret performance results
- Send marketing samples and compile/send post-campaign reports
- Ensure high-quality, accurate delivery of campaigns and communications
Key Skills, Knowledge & Professional Education
- 1–2 years of experience in member support, marketing coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve transactional or member-related issues
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Experience working with support ticket systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
- Ability to review and quality-check marketing copy and email templates
- Comfortable compiling reports, organizing campaign data, and following operational checklists
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Collaborative mindset; able to work effectively with remote managers and cross-functional teams
