We're looking for an Branding and Digital Design Specialist with strategic vision, operational precision, and a strong desire to make an impact. Job Objective:
To develop, position, and strengthen the brand's visual and conceptual identity through creative design and digital advertising strategies. This person will combine graphic design skills with expertise in platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads (AdWords), and Instagram, creating visually engaging campaigns aligned with the brand's values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute branding campaigns on social media and digital platforms, aligned with the brand's strategic objectives.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads, ensuring high performance and visual consistency.
- Develop graphic and creative materials for various channels: social media, website, presentations, email marketing, among others.
- Ensure consistency of the visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights to improve brand presence.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure integrated visual communication.
- Research design trends and digital behavior to keep the brand current and relevant.
Required Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced English
- Valid Visa
- Availability to travel
Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years in design and branding, with managed campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram.
- Previous experience in startups, creative agencies, or fast-paced environments.
- Portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and relevant branding assets.
- HTML/CSS or web design tools (Figma, Webflow, etc.).
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (preferably After Effects or similar for motion graphics).
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of digital advertising platforms: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
- Solid understanding of visual identity principles, brand storytelling, and user experience (UX).
- Experience in performance campaign design and conversion funnels is desirable.

- Strategic creativity and results-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail, time management, and strong organizational skills.
- Proactiveness, assertive communication, and collaborative teamwork.
