6 months to 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Contact Center
B2 level English or higher (mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Spanish)
Strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in PC usage, especially Windows-based applications
High school diploma or higher
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must live within 90 minutes of the job site
