Networking Manager

Overview

Network Engineer III is responsible for complex and diverse network platforms/topologies within a network management center or organization and may handle enterprise level issues. The candidate provides technical support by analyzing hardware and/or software data, identifying the root cause of the problem and developing/implementing hardware and/or software solutions. Candidate is responsible for design, integration, operation, and management of complex enterprise networks, linking a variety of platforms, operating systems, network topologies and network protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, implementation, monitoring, and support a Large Global Enterprise Network/Security Infrastructure.
• Responsible for the set-up and repair of the network infrastructure, monitoring & diagnosis of network performance, resolution of network-based incidents and requests.
• Monitoring routers, switches, and circuits for failures and recommending corrective action.
• Configures, installs, and supports network hardware/software infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, Meraki, AP, gateways, etc.
• Configures, installs, and supports network hardware/software within the Citrix virtualization environment, which includes SDWAN, ADC's, ADM's onsite and cloud environments.
• Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
• Ensuring that all network equipment complies with industry and corporate standards.
• Work on projects/systems/issues of medium to high complexity surrounding IPControl planning, configuration, and optimization.
• Provide tier support across organizations.
• Work on one or more projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project team lead.
• Coach less experienced staff.
• Know, understand, and follow company policy.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or equivalent
• Advanced English level
• CCNP certification

Technical skills

• · 8+ years of experience working on Cisco Network Platform.
• · 4+ years of experience working on Citrix Appliances management.
• · Ability to provide solutions to problems brought to you by Level I and Level II technicians.
• · Ability to work independently in the field and direct a team of technicians.
• · Strong oral and written communication skills.
