Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our Sales and Planning teams. This key role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales operations, inventory planning, and interdepartmental coordination, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
?Purpose of the Role
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will act as a crucial link between our internal teams and customers. You will provide administrative support to the sales force, ensure timely planning and logistics, and help meet business goals in working capital and sales. Your role will bridge customer needs with company processes, ensuring satisfaction and operational efficiency.
?Key Responsibilities
- Place manufacturing orders to internal plants and manage requisitions for third-party resell products.
- Coordinate shipping programs and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Provide weekly inventory and sales reports to Service Engineers and Sales Management.
- Work closely with the Logistics department to manage intercompany shipments.
- Review and validate transaction data with the Financial Department.
- Support Service Engineers and Account Managers in achieving performance targets.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Business Administration, International Commerce, or a related field.
?Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales coordination role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience managing logistics, inventory, and cross-functional communication is essential.
- Prior involvement in supporting sales targets and operational planning is preferred.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of sales administration, inventory coordination, and order processing.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- English proficiency (minimum 80%) is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated analytical capacity, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
