Position Goals:

• Lead and manage a portfolio with an annual investment exceeding 10 million USD, encompassing over 20 initiatives.
• Oversee project monitoring, ensuring adherence to documentation requirements at each phase.
• Organize and lead regular project review meetings to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements in project management, Cells, and EEM.
• Coordinate the project delivery team to ensure timely execution, within budget, and meeting quality standards and expected benefits.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of project timelines and schedules.
• Track material and service procurement processes to ensure alignment with project needs and timelines.
• Continuously improve and maintain the project management system to enhance overall project efficiency.

• Lean principles (TPM, EEM)
• Experience in the food industry or related sectors
