Responsibilities:

• Responsible for increasing production levels and managing the plant financially
• Compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations
• Implement, promote and develop VPS activities with a focus on continuous improvement
• Promote VPS training for plant personnel
• Accomplish local job plan through delegation and appraisals
• Maintain inventories, scheduling, costing and quoting of new / existing products
• Start of new projects and business Units
• ISO 14001
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining the EMS implementation: determine the organizational structure, allocate responsibilities and authorities, to appoint the responsible of the administration, periodic review of the EMS, and provide the resources and staff necessary to maintain the system
• Quality: Implement and enforce organizational policy, identify problems and customer complaints, Accomplish with procedures and work instructions of the quality management system and according to our standard IATF 16949

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or industrial engineering or similar, preferably master's degree in management
• Minimum 7 years of experience in similar position
• Experience in the automotive industry required
• Experience in quality systems (IATF 16949), crisis management, KPI Scorecard, financial management required
• Advanced English
