More than 5 years of experience in:
Processing invoices and documents: This includes parking and releasing documents using the dual control principle.
Processing items and balances: This includes processing checks and payments.
Processing period-end closing: This includes processing master data.
Correspondence: This includes answering incoming vendor queries.
Reporting: This includes generating reports detailing accounts payable status.
Exchange rates and interest calculation: This includes calculating exchange rates and interest.
Internet services and B2B: This includes managing internet services and B2B.
Attention to detail: They need to be efficient and maintain accuracy when dealing with clients, customers, and vendors.
Interpersonal communication: They need to have good communication skills.
Time management: They need to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Processing invoices and documents Document parking and release is carried out using the dual control principle (more than one employee involved).
Processing items and balances
Process payments Update run. Payment with printout.
Processing checks
Processing period-end closing
Processing master data Changed master is released according to the dual control principle (more than one employee involved) by authorized persons. The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for release.
Correspondence
Reporting for accounts payable accounting
Displaying G/L account information
Exchange rates and interest calculation
Internet services and B2B
Information from invoice verification
