About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and Support SAP Systems: Oversee and optimize SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FICO to ensure smooth and efficient operation across business functions.
• Collaborate with Business Units: Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored SAP solutions that align with organizational goals.
• System Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform testing, resolve issues, and ensure system functionality meets performance expectations.
• Documentation and Training: Develop clear, concise documentation for SAP processes and procedures. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they fully understand and efficiently use SAP systems.
• Cross-Functional Project Support: Work with cross-functional teams to implement SAP projects, enhancements, and system updates that drive business success.
• Monitor System Performance: Continuously monitor and assess SAP system performance, identifying areas for improvement and addressing issues proactively.
• Stay Current with SAP Technologies: Keep abreast of the latest SAP trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities and user experience.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC, including strong technical knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, and others).
• Technical Expertise: Expertise in SAP ECC, with troubleshooting and configuration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Finance and Controlling, and Logistics.
• Experience with EDI technologies, SAP IBP, and SAP Security is a plus.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to present complex technical concepts in user-friendly language.
• Customer-Centric: Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
