A People + Talent Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and executing upon detailed project plans for strategic human resources projects with clear identification of resources, dependencies, risks and milestones. Projects may include any range of human resources functions, from payroll administration to talent acquisition. The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented with a passion for working cross-functionally.

What you'll do...
- Advise & collaborate with People and Talent leadership to understand & develop projects that related to employment engagement, development, org planning and retention.
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Creates and manages project plans and teams to ensure project deliverables and completion dates are met.
- Proactively oversees and evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, and executes corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks
- Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the team processes by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase strategic output, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability.

Requirements
What you'll bring...
- Fluency n English
- Ability to meet virtually during US Pacific Standard Time
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field
- 2+ years of human resource management and project management experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required, for areas including Smart Compliance & Net Secure, decision support, EE profile changes, mass uploads, permissions, LMS, and dashboard/notifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite or related software.
- Ability to contribute to talent acquisition including reviewing resumes and conducting candidate phone screen interviews
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Ability to quickly learn our systems and tools
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
- Experience working in hospitality or short-term rentals a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and in often ambiguous environments
- Passion for working with cross-functional teams and internal & external stakeholders
Benefits
- Paid $6-10/hour
- Biweekly pay structure
- Part-time with potential to move into full-time role
- Fully remote role, with freedom to work autonomously
