As the Administrative Assistant to the Sales Department of Rockpoint Legal Funding, you will be an integral part of our team, directly supporting our Sales Team in their demanding roles. Your main objective will be to manage their schedules, handle communication, and undertake various administrative tasks to enable them to focus on strategic decision-making and business growth. This is remote position.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective clients.
- Effectively coordinate, manage and schedule routes for field sales representatives.
- Organize complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other logistics, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
- Efficiently manage the Sales Teams' calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conferences while considering their availability and priorities.
- Attend meetings with the Sales Team, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct research on various business-related topics, industry trends, and competitive analysis to support the Sales Team's decision-making process.
- Use productivity tools and technology to evaluate sales productivity and performance.
- Perform various data entry and data management tasks.
Qualifications:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Exceptional English communication (C1, C2, C3 preferred)
- Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or Sales Admin is required.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional business communications.
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using Google Suite and other relevant business software.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving: Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to challenges.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
