Job Description

• The Shopfloor Training Coordinator ensures that production shopfloor training is carried out in an efficient, effective, and standardized way, supported and documented by concise and practical forms.
• Ensures that full shopfloor qualification system is implemented in production.
• Improve the effectiveness of the organization by assisting in the implementation of training initiatives by the HRD manager as well as Manufacturing depts.
• Assist in the planning, implementation, coordination & tracking of all training & development programs and strategies necessary to support the organization.
• Contributes to Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Planning & Controlling, HR Reviews & Audits, Organizational Changes, Culture Development, Diversity Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, social science or related degree.
• Experience:
  • 3 Years in manufacturing and training (must)
  • Cross-functional communication skills into different departments
  • Project management experience especially
  • Project team or lead a team (must)
• Skills:
  • Managed challenging times
  • Tenacity
  • Persistence
    • Note: 30% of work will be in shopfloor
