Job Description
- The Shopfloor Training Coordinator ensures that production shopfloor training is carried out in an efficient, effective, and standardized way, supported and documented by concise and practical forms.
- Ensures that full shopfloor qualification system is implemented in production.
- Improve the effectiveness of the organization by assisting in the implementation of training initiatives by the HRD manager as well as Manufacturing depts.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, coordination & tracking of all training & development programs and strategies necessary to support the organization.
- Contributes to Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Planning & Controlling, HR Reviews & Audits, Organizational Changes, Culture Development, Diversity Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, social science or related degree.
- Experience:
- 3 Years in manufacturing and training (must)
- Cross-functional communication skills into different departments
- Project management experience especially
- Project team or lead a team (must)
- Skills:
- Managed challenging times
- Tenacity
- Persistence
- Note: 30% of work will be in shopfloor
