You Are:

We are looking for IT Business Operations Analyst who demonstrates strong teamwork skills and is wants to join a growing fast-moving team.

The Opportunity:

• Preparing and tracking all IT purchase requisitions through to purchase order completion.
• Review all IT funding requests and update status of purchasing activities to requestors
• Partnering with Procurement and Legal to ensure IT contracts and SOWs are properly reviewed, tracked and prioritized against approved initiatives
• Support supplier onboarding in our Ariba/SAP system and supplier inquires related to invoicing submission and status
• This role will be highly detailed and involved in data entry into our SAP ERP system, Ariba, and SmartSheet tracking mechanisms.

What you need:

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors in computer/Management Information Services or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 3-5+ years of Information Technology experience that include IT purchasing and/or IT Contract Management
• 1-2+ years building business relationships with key customers (client/account/vendor management)
• Must be self-motivated and have prior similar experience in both International and US based IT Purchasing and contract management services capital and understand IT deliverables and contracts.
• Combination of conceptual and analytical capabilities
• Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
• Experience procuring Information Technology products, including software licensing, software maintenance, SaaS solutions, hardware, telecom services, hosted technology services, consulting, and temporary labor.
• Understanding of capitalization and lease rules for IT products
