You will be responsible for:
Receive and follow up on requests from global MKT teams to upload content/information sent to websites, emails, database.
Conduct advisory processes with teams to review information and estimated timelines.
Understand the needs and requirements of internal clients.
Manage assigned projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
Provide results and expect feedback on processes and projects.
Follow guidelines and take decisions independently.
Manage the database.
Keep track of steps and times for each project.
Carry out quality analysis of processes and times.
Liaise with other colleagues in the same team to provide feedback to teams.
Deliver presentations to global users (USA, Ireland, Switzerland, London).
Maintain ongoing communication with users.
What you need to have:
BA in Web Design, Marketing, Communication or equivalent
Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with global companies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in Microsoft Dinamics (real time), Adobe experience manager, Site inprof, (plus), Adobe analytic (plus)
condoctor (plus), plataform drag and drop (similar to power point), Right or Adobe work front
Experience manager certification (plus)
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
