Recruiter (IT positions)
This is a Recruiter role that focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the IT sector. Ideal candidates would be those who have experience in recruiting technical profiles, with approximately 5 years of relevant experience. We also welcome anyone with a good understanding of the IT market and technical roles, experienced in candidate evaluation and recruitment process management.

Responsibilities:
- Talent Identification: Source and attract highly qualified candidates for IT roles through various channels.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough interviews, technical assessments, and competency evaluations.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with hiring teams to understand position requirements.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Networking and Candidate Relations: Maintain relationships with potential candidates and build a talent network.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide reports and analysis on recruitment status and strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience at least 5 years in recruitment, focusing on IT profiles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Technical Skills: Experience with recruitment tools (like OCC, LinkedIn) and a solid understanding of the IT market. [Experience in electronic security market is a plus.]
- Personal Competencies: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and experience in managing multiple recruitment processes.
