• Calibration test machines
• Functional end of line tester (EOLT)
• CMI machines
• Any other test system developed on site on demand of Operations, Quality or CPE

Serial production after Gate 9

• Ensuring production testing equipment and processes are working in order to achieve targets for capability, quality and profitability
• CT optimization
• Predictive approach to minimize machine down times
• Perform EOL Tester Internal Calibration
• Perform Technical Analysis in case of machine failures and down times
• Contact with Test Development or service in case of technical problems with test equipment
• Supporting the Maintenance Department to ensuring the expected condition of machines.
• Participate & support continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction activities such as FTQ, scrap cost, MCIPs and Kaizen activities

New Program Launches

• Support new product launches in regards of documentation, capability analysis
• Ensure readiness of EOL testing equipment and documentation for SOP.
• Implementation of MTT standards
• Execution of Capex according to CFT forecast and proper identification of assets
• Prototype build support

Skills and knowledge:

• Electronic or Mechatronic Degree.
• Experience in similar position (highly desirable) and/or manufacturing process knowledge.
• Bilingual-Spanish/English.
• Good level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers and local and remote technical support staff.
• High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult.
• Highly developed oral and written communications skills.
• Understanding of basic and advanced statistical techniques.
• Knowledge of the engineering change process.
• Knowledge of product and process development process.
• Highly effective organizational and planning skills.
• Effective Leadership skills.
• Ability to identify work projects and improvement opportunities with a minimum amount of supervision.
