Advanced Staffing Partners helps small and medium-sized businesses in the United States with remote staffing services. Our headquarters is in Sacramento, California. Abroad, we have branches in Philippines and Mexico. We are looking for an Maintenance Coordinator to support one of our US customers. This is a local, on-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
As a maintenance coordinator your activities will include the following:
Handles work order process for all maintenance requests.
Handle homeowners'/tenants inquiries via phone and email related to maintenance requests.
Follow up on work order completion.
Administrative tasks such as processing mailers and bulk email communication.
Follow up on all standard work orders with Service Providers, note status and update when completed.
Interact with vendors and assist with addressing emergency requests, as necessary
Assist with bidding process and prepare a bid comparison sheet
Uploads documents in the Online Portal
Schedule
Monday, Thursday, and Friday: 2 PM to 11 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 7 AM to 5 PM Central time (Mexico)

Advanced English, property management or real estate experience preferred
Knowledge of real estate and homeowners associations is a plus
